Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta is a distinguished public policy expert with over two decades of experience in policy-making across sectors. He was nominated to the Global Agenda Council of the World Economic Forum (2012-2014) and has served at senior-most levels at Fortune 20 and Fortune 500 companies in India.

He has been invited by global organizations including the United Nations, UNESCO, World Bank, WHO, World Economic Forum, and governments of multiple countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, and various ministries of the Government of India for his expertise on diverse policy matters.

Dr. Gupta played a pivotal role in drafting the BJP's Lok Sabha Election Manifestos (2009 & 2014), the National Health Policy 2017, the National Education Policy, and served as the former Advisor to the Health Minister of India. He has founded numerous organizations including Viksit Bharat Abhiyan, HIMSS India, Health Parliament, and Academy of Digital Health Sciences.

Recognized as 'Thought Leader of the Year' three years in a row by ICT Post and honored by the Sheriff of Los Angeles, Dr. Gupta has authored five best-selling books and has been quoted by Harvard Business Review. He serves on several boards globally and continues to shape the future of digital health and public policy.
